The Voicemail system will activate the Voicemail Indication Light on the Digital Handsets to notify the User of new Voicemail Messages. The user can also select to receive and notification via E-mail of any pending Voicemail Messages. |

Retrieve From Own Extension: |

The User must dial 2555 from his own extension. |

Digital Phone: |
The user must dial 2555 from his own extension. |
||
|
VOICEMAIL: The Voicemail System will automatically recognize your extension number and proceed as follows. |

|
|

|
|
|
VOICEMAIL: "You have zero new Voicemail Messages" |
|
|
|
|
VOICEMAIL: "Press 2 to listen to your Personal Greeting" |
|
|
|
|
VOICEMAIL: "Press 3 to record a new Personal Greeting" |
|
|
|
|
VOICEMAIL: "Press 4 to save your new Personal Greeting." |
|
|
|
|
VOICEMAIL: "Or 9 to delete the Personal Greeting." |
|
|
|

|

|
VOICEMAIL: "You have two new Voicemail Messages" |
|
|
|
|
VOICEMAIL: "Play First Voicemail message." |
|
|
|
|
VOICEMAIL: "Press 1 to replay the message 7 to delete or 9 to save the message." |

|
|
User: Press 1 to Replay. |
|
|
|
|
VOICEMAIL: Replays the Message |
|
|
|
|
VOICEMAIL: "Press 7 to Delete." |
|
|
|
|
User: Press 7 |
|
|
|
|
VOICEMAIL: "Message deleted" |
|
|
|
|
VOICEMAIL: "Press 9 to Save." |
|
|
|
|
VOICEMAIL: "Press 2 to listen to your Personal Greeting" |
|
|
|
|
VOICEMAIL: "Press 3 to record a new Personal Greeting" |
|
|
|
|
VOICEMAIL: "Press 4 to save your new Personal Greeting." |
|
|
|
|
VOICEMAIL: "Or 9 to delete the Personal Greeting." |
|
|
|

|
Press 8 while you are listening to the current message. |
|
|
|
|
The system will automatically end the current message. |
|
|
|
|
Options will follow, eg. Press 1 to replay, etc. |
|
|
|
|
Wait until all options have been given. Then listen to the next message. |

Termination: |

User hangs up or Voicemail System terminates the call after the user has exceeded the inactivity timeout. |

Retrieve From Outside Extension: |

The User dials 808-2555 from another phone. |
|||
|
|
|
VOICEMAIL: "Please enter your Extension Number" |
|
|
|
|
User: Type in the last four digits e.g. [2516] of your telephone extension number. |
|
|
|
|
VOICEMAIL: "Please enter your four digit PIN Number" |
|
|
|
|
User: Type in the four digit PIN number e.g. [2516] |
|
|
Thereafter the process will be the same as above for: |

No new messages, and |
|
|
|
|
||
|
|
|
||
|
Termination: |
|
||
|
|
|
User: press * |
|
|
|
|
VOICEMAIL: "Thank you for Calling." |
|
|
|
|
User hangs up or Voicemail System terminates the call after the user has exceeded the inactivity timeout. |

2. |
Forward message to another extension: |
|||
|
Go through the retrieval process until you come to option 3 of the menu. |
|||
|
|
|
VOICEMAIL: "Please enter the Extension Number" |
|
|
|
|
If the extension is valid, the message will be forwarded to the new extension. |
|
