VOICEMAIL RETRIEVAL VIA E-MAIL

The User can select to receive all Voicemail Messages via his e-mail server. The Voicemail System administrator will then configure the Voicemail Server to auto-forward all voicemail messages to the e-mail address provided.

The User will then receive a Voicemail Notification via e-mail with the Voicemail message as an attachment to the e-mail message. (Please note that a PC equipped with a sound card and speakers is necessary for this option)

The User can then play the message back via the soundcard on the PC.

Please note that you cannot retrieve your voicemail via the phone if you select voicemail retrieval via e-mail.
