Nowadays e-mail dominates our world whether we like it or not, but there's a fine line between necessity and an unhealthy addiction.

When's the last time you replied to an e-mail? According to the experts, if you feel the need to respond to every e-email you receive, you're considered an email addict. Once in a while, try to ignore an e-mail notification and rather go and talk to someone.

Of course you always have to read the Bits & Bytes, but even if you miss out on an edition, you can find them all online.
