UPDATE AND REACTIVATE!

Although it sounds like a new political slogan, it's actually your annual reminder to reactivate your digital accounts for another year of uninterrupted email and Internet.

And while you're at it, please update your personal details on-line? (don't worry, we'll tell you where) Why, you ask? Due to the recent changes in data protection laws, the IT Service Desk is no longer allowed to change or reset passwords on your behalf. By ensuring your details are up to date, you will be able to change it yourself on the Password Self-help website.

REACTIVATE BEFORE 1 APRIL
Your network access expires at the end of March unless you reactivate. We suggest that you deal with this small admin task as soon as possible to ensure you have uninterrupted access to Internet, email, SUN-e-HR etc.
