New semester, fresh start. We also felt like a little bit of spring cleaning during the holiday and this week our newsletter boasts a new look. Which do you prefer, the previous version or this one? Let us know!

Part of the spring cleaning involved two large projects we had to complete the during the university holiday. All Outlook users were migrated to the new Exchange and the past weekend we did necessary upgrades to the power in our data centre.

These were both extensive projects requiring detailed planning and coordination. As far as possible we tried to make these changes without too much disturbance to you, our users, but inevitably small problems always sneak in when you least expect them to.

Thank you for your patience and understanding during these upgrades.
